FAQs

Q: Are sessions online or in-person?

A: Currently, I am online only. This keeps my running costs down, enables me to see clients from all over the state, and is more accessible for everyone. I may open an office space in the future, but it is not this day.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: I do take some insurance plans through The Shelterwood Collective. Currently, I am able to bill In Network with Premera and Lifewise. If you do not have either of those plans, I take private pay and can provide a superbill if your insurance plan has Out of Network coverage. For more information about this, see my Services page.

Q: What’s your availability?

A: I am not accepting new clients at this time, but I do have a waitlist.

Q: Do you see teens or kids?

A: I see anyone 13 years old and older. In Washington, kids are able to consent to mental health therapy without their parents’ permission after they turn 13. While working with teenagers does have its challenges, I genuinely enjoy it.
